       GLUTEN CONTENT: 28%~34%, LOWER GLUTEN COULD CAUSE DOUGH SHEET CRACKING, HIGHERGLUTEN COULD CAUSE ASYMMETY DOUGH SHEET AND LOWING STARCH αCONVERION. 

       WATER CONTENT IN FLOUR ACCORD WITH NATIONAL STANDARD, NO IMPURTY, BETTER GRIDDLE TO PREVENT MACHINE DAMANGE, MID-HARD WATER:10MG/L

       COMMON SAL WITH MIXED ALKALI OR SINGLE ALKALI, F.M: MIXED ALIKALI, ANHYDROUS SODIUM CARBONATE:60%, ANHYDROUS POTASSIUM CARBONATE 40%,OILY ANHYDROUS SODIUM CARBONATE FOR SINGLE ALKALI, MIXED IS BETTER THAN SINGLE.

        PRESCRIPTION(JUST REFERENCE):

      FLOUR:100kg;

        WIXED ALKALI:0.14kg~0.2kg。

        WATER:28kg~32kg  ;

        SALT:0.5kg~2kg;

        MTHER ADDITIVE IS ALLOWD ACCORDING TO LOCAL TASTE
