  C. CAKE NOODLE WILL BE FRIED AFTER DIVIDING  WITH NOODEL COVER IN FRYER, FRYING TEMP:140-160℃, FRYING TIME:90s--100S, NOODLE CAKE WILL BE DEHYDRATED AND MUSHIED QUICKLY IN HIGH TEMP OIL IN ORDER TO HAVE CRISPY MOUTH FEELING., NOOLDE CAKE WILL BE COOLED DOWN TO 5℃ BY AIR COOLER BEFORE PACKED
