What Are The Factors Affecting The Oil Production Rate Of The Oil Press Machine

The oil yield refers to the quality of each oil extracted by squeezing plant oil (such as soybean, rapeseed, walnut, corn and so on). What are the factors that affect the oil yield of the oil press?

1, oilseeds: the key to determine the oil yield is whether the oil is good or bad, for example, the level of oil fulfilling, the amount of slag, the varieties, the dry humidity and other factors.

2, equipment: according to different materials press, choose different oil press equipment. At present, the oil press is suitable for all kinds of oil, most of which are hot pressed only, and it is a single screw press. The double helix press is suitable for mass oil and special oil crops. It is characterized by high yield and high residual oil rate.

What should be paid attention to in selecting the oil press:

The long diameter of L press chamber: the thicker and longer the press chamber, the greater the pressure.

The residual oil rate of L dry cake is higher: the lower the residual oil of pressed cake is, the higher the oil yield is.

The slag content of l equipment is: during the pressing process, the slag content is low, and the oil yield is higher.

3, the squeezing process is different: different oil plants use different crushing processes (physical pressing and chemical leaching).

A: oil is different: squeezing technology is different because of the difference between North and south climate. For example, the composition of fatty acids in flower seed oil is influenced by climatic conditions. The sunflower oil produced in cold areas contains about 15% oleic acid and about 70% of linoleic acid. The sunflower oil produced in warm areas contains about 65% oleic acid and 20% linoleic acid.

The properties of B: oil are different. Because of the different properties of oil, pressing resistance, temperature and moisture must be debugged. For example, the viscous and medium hard shell of rapeseed has great resistance in the process of pressing. Peanut viscosity and soft shell have less resistance during pressing process.
